Am I eligible for treatment?
Whether a weight management medicine is right for you is decided by one of our UK-registered prescribers, after reviewing your individual assessment. This page explains how that works.
It starts with an online assessment
You answer a confidential health questionnaire about your weight, health history, current medicines and any previous weight management treatment. It takes around 2 minutes, then usually 5–10 minutes to upload any evidence or information we need.
Information we may ask for
To make a safe decision, your prescriber needs accurate information. Depending on your answers, we may ask you to provide:
- photo ID, so we can confirm who you are
- a full-body photo and a check of your height and weight
- your GP surgery details
- evidence of previous treatment, if you have used a weight management medicine before
We may have follow-up questions
If your prescriber needs more information, we'll send you a message in your account and by email. Your order waits until you reply.
The decision is made individually
Completing an assessment does not guarantee a prescription. Treatment is only supplied if your prescriber decides it is clinically appropriate for you. If it isn't, we'll explain why, and you won't be charged.
