Referral Terms

Our referral scheme allows eligible patients to share their referral link with friends or family who may be interested in using our service.

Referral reward amounts

Longer plans may already include built-in savings, so referral rewards are adjusted by plan.

When an eligible patient shares their referral link, the referred person may receive money off their first paid order.
The existing patient who made the referral may receive account credit once the referred person completes their first paid order.
Referral rewards vary depending on the plan selected by the referred patient.

Referral rewards are available to eligible patients with an active account.
The referred person must be a new patient/customer and must use the referral link or referral code when placing their first order.
Referral rewards apply to the referred patient's first paid order only.
The referrer cannot refer themselves.
Referral rewards cannot be used retrospectively if the referral link or code was not used at the time of order.

The referrer's reward is issued as account credit only.
Referral credit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, or refunded.
Referral credit can only be used toward future eligible services or orders.
Referral credit is issued only after the referred patient's first paid order has been completed successfully.
Referral credit will not be issued for cancelled, refunded, declined, unsuccessful, or clinically unsuitable orders.

The referred patient discount applies to the first paid order only.
The discount amount depends on the plan selected.
The referral discount may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers unless clearly stated.
Where another plan discount or promotion already applies, the referral discount may be reduced or restricted.

All orders remain subject to our normal clinical review process, eligibility checks, service terms, and approval.
A referral does not guarantee that an order, treatment, medicine, or service will be approved.
Clinical decisions are made independently and are not influenced by referral rewards.

We reserve the right to withhold, cancel, or remove referral rewards if we believe the referral scheme has been misused.
This includes, but is not limited to, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, false details, suspicious activity, or referrals made in a misleading or inappropriate way.

We may change, pause, withdraw, or cancel the referral scheme at any time.
Referral reward values, eligibility rules, and terms may be updated from time to time.
Any changes will apply from the date they are published on our website.
